We use Royal Mail and Parcel force as our main carriers.

DELIVERY CHARGES FOR UK

We charge a flat rate of £2.95 on all orders under the value of £10.00. We give FREE CARRIAGE on orders over £10.00.

These charges are for UK ONLY This service is our standard delivery rate with delivery times of 2-3 working days this will vary depending on stock availability you will be emailed if delivery is expected to take longer.

EXPRESS DELIVERY 24HRS

We charge £4.95 for our 24hr service UK MAINLAND ONLY but must receive orders before 2PM NOON if after this time please contact us This service is not available to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands. Please note There are no Deliveries on Saturday and Sunday so if ordering on Friday on a 24hr service delivery will be Monday

Please note orders for flammable products like gas aerosols can not be sent to the above post codes and will get rejected and refunded back as royal mail and other couriors will destroy tese as they are not allowed on aircraft as these are usually flown to these areas

EUROPEAN DELIVERY CHARGES

Our delivery charges hold no nasty surprises and we make them clear from the outset. The cost of delivery will be added to your order automatically at the checkout.

Delivery is charged PER 30 kg and not per order, we will contact you if your order is over 30kg

Upon receiving your order we will try and despatch the following day... 99% of orders will be despatched within 24 hours of the order being placed. They will be dispatched on a standard 3 - 5 working day service on that day. Please be aware that to Europe this can often take slightly longer than this.

Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery service so please make sure that you place your order in plenty of time to allow for any unexpected delays. If for some reason you wish to refuse your delivery and the goods come back to us we have the right to deduct the refusal charge imposed by our carrier Parcelforce of £8.50 of the refund For your extra peace of mind all purchases are covered by our 30 day exchange or money back guarantee (excluding any carriage charges incurred).
